Processing eucalyptus leaves in Zimbabwe for export to Russia.

The project uses tobacco waste in Zimbabwe to create eucalyptus leaf products that help ease breathing during colds.
We produce and supply eucalyptus oil and other products to the Russian and Belarusian markets through partners and marketplaces, providing flu prevention and improving health.

Products for each sales channel:

• Marketplaces (Russia and Belarus): Bottles of eucalyptus oil for application to the inside of medical masks to ease breathing when you have a cold.
• Pharmaceutical companies: Eucalyptus leaves in raw form for use in medicines.
• Tea Manufacturers: Crushed eucalyptus leaves to create packaged tea with aromatic and medicinal properties.

Business models for each product and sales channel:

• Eucalyptus Oil (Marketplaces): Direct sales via online platforms. The oil is produced, bottled and sold as a home use product to prevent colds.
• Eucalyptus Leaves (Pharmaceutical Companies): Selling raw materials directly to pharmaceutical companies to create products that use the properties of eucalyptus. The model includes long-term contracts and wholesale supplies.
• Eucalyptus Powdered Leaves (Tea Manufacturers): Wholesale of powdered leaves to manufacturers who produce packaged tea with medicinal properties.
